Feedback from students:

The content that was prepared by the instructors was life changing!

Vanessa Taglia

I absolutely loved my experience with the PEC program.

I looked forward to the class every week. The connections that I made with the staff, peers and curriculum has made me a better life coach for my students. I feel I not only have grown professionally but personally. Every person should be able to take a course like PEC.

Carey Doyle

Amazing class that taught me so much about emotional intelligence!

The fact that Emiliya adapted to meet the demands of the program proved to me that her goal is to deliver the best experience possible. I now have a much better understanding for positive psychology and have already applied it into my personal and professional life. Thanks so much!

Ben Rizzo

WOW! This course has truly been amazing!

Emiliya and Renee, thank you for putting this program together! I love how you took the great concepts of Positive Psychology and put them at a level where children can benefit! As teachers, we now have tools to teach these life enhancing skills to kids so that they can cultivate the skills to THRIVE! I can’t thank you enough for this!!!  To my fellow PECsters, thanks for sharing your stories, tools and wisdom. What a rich experience we all enjoyed because so many were willing to share!

All of the concepts in this course are so beneficial to kids. I can't really choose a favorite. However, I must say that studying strengths and how to help kids develop language around strengths was very valuable. I feel so strongly about helping kids recognize and celebrate what’s right with them! I also enjoyed the tools to help kids recognize and work their way out of thinking traps. We're teaching kids how to THRIVE not just survive and that's a big win for everyone!
My fav. Go-Zen character is probably Widdle the Worrier because every year I have a least a couple of them in my classroom. My heart always goes out to those kiddos who struggle with worry because I see how much it holds them back. This course provides the language for kids to talk about and work through their worries so that they can develop a growth mindset, resilience, and grit. It has been a wonderful experience. Thanks again to ALL!

Teresa Starr

My PEC experience was fabulous.

I discovered my passion for positive psychology a few months ago, and thanks to this training, I learned to change habits that are now better for me, but also for those around me. All the concrete tools that the program offered us allowed me to apply my knowledge to my own children.

Stéphanie Gaudion

I appreciated the pace and relaxed nature of the course.

I learned a lot of new information that I can apply in my classes and in my work with colleagues. I was impressed with the technology used and how easy it was to navigate. I highly recommend the course to other educators.
